A fitness and wellness club promoting a good lifestyle, we aren't here to over promise and set the world on fire, but we are here online to promote good health and wellbeing through good lifestyle choices.
The good mood club exists in person and online, our private studio hosts in house small group classes of a maximum of 4 people and our open space classes up to 12. Online we deliver classes which cover all aspects of fitness in a 20 min class ensuring you get a workout that's time and body effective - absolutely no fitness equiment is needed!
We started Personal Training back in 1995 so we have a wealth of time and experience in the industry which can spot a fitness trend a mile off your goals can be achieved with us and with your individually prescribed home work outs.
Our weight management programmes are non-judgemental and offer simple and scientific advice we don't offer supplements - shakes - and syns, we love food too. Maintenance of health both physical and mental whilst enjoying a balanced life is crucial and we invite that into your life.
